We’re writing to inform you that starting June 1, 2025, Bivian’s Cleaners LLC will begin collecting a 6.625% sales tax on all house and building cleaning services, in compliance with the tax regulations of the State of New Jersey.
This tax will be applied to the total cost of each cleaning service and will be clearly itemized on your invoice.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the day of service. We do not accept last-minute cancellations since this affects our schedule and a $30 cancellation fee will be charged.
We offer free estimates, however, our prices and special promotions vary depending on how often you need cleaning services for your home or business and are subject to change.
We have many payment options for your convenience. Such as credit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and checks. Payments are taken upon completion of your cleaning services.
